So a few weeks ago my Uncle Ronald wanted to take me and my friends out for a meal in Hong Kong for a belated birthday present/before I leave event. So he took us to Cheung Chau for a food and alcohol fuelled evening, and it was so good (apart from my head this morning).

So we set off from Campus around 5pm to get the 6pm ferry from Central, but my friends being my friends were late so we missed it and got the 6:20pm ferry instead, minus a couple of us who had an Exam and another two who decided to go toilet at the wrong time (well one but we couldn’t just leave Beck in Central on his own).

So me, Ronald, Austin, Jacob & Henry arrived in Cheung Chau around 7pm and we headed to the bank as Ronald didn’t have enough cash on him, but then we went Park and Shop where he bought 10 bottles of red wine (1 per person) and then we headed to the seafood restaurant where had a few beers and some starters before Rachel and Beck arrived around 8pm.

But then the food and wine hit full flow with dishes such as Pigeon and Calamari, and then Guillaume and Aurelie arrived after their exam and they still made it in time for some food and wine.

Then before we headed back to Central, Ronald bought some hard liquor for us to drink on the way home (well to Central) which was some Chivas Regal, which went down everyone like a treat.

But apart from my head this morning, it really was a great night and everyone seemed to get along fine with Ronald, which I obviously expected considering how well I do.
